She uses her 25 years of Ostetopathic clinical experience to inform her treatment.

Scar Therapy is a manual form of treatment of the actual scar itself, but also the underlying and surrounding tissues. It is very gentle and a variety of massage and soft tissue techniques.

It helps to not only improve the appearance of the scar, but improve the mobility of the tissues and surrounding area and in turn, aid recovery. This can be particularly helpful post mastectomy , or after a Caesarian Birth.
The Scars must be free of infection and the scabs must have come away, in order to be treated.

First scar treatment appointment

Where appropriate Georgina will also use a special Scar Recovery Salve to further boost treatment benefits.

Treatment helps to not only improve the appearance of the scar, but improve the mobility of the tissues and surrounding area and in turn, aid recovery. This can be particularly helpful post mastectomy, or after a Caesarian Birth.
This is usually between 6-8 weeks post surgery/injury
The Scars must be free of infection and the scabs must have come away, in order to be treated.

Osteopathy Initial Consultation

Simeon and Georgina Jones have 50 years of clinical experience between them.
They are trained and insured to fully assess your needs through a system of differential diagnosis during the first consultation.
You should allow up to 60 minutes for this first consultation

Should Simeon or Georgina feel you need further investigation, or require more medical background information, with your permission they will write to your GP and request this.

Both Simeon and Georgina help patients prepare for joint replacement surgery and treat patients to reduce pain and improve mobility while patients wait for surgery.
They also help patients manage arthritic joints who are not eligible for surgery due to other factors.

Simeon and Georgina use a combination of osteopathic techniques including but not limited to, articulation, manipulation, soft tissue massage, fascial work, muscle energy techniques.

They treat a wide range of problems including back, neck and limb pain, muscular spasms and joint restrictions. This may be associated with Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Stress or Sports Injuries, to name a few.

Simeon specialises in complex chronic conditions, including trapped nerves, referred pain and mobility issues and gait problems.

Georgina also treats pregnant women, reducing muscle tension and helping support the body as it adapts to pregnancy. Also babies who may show signs of discomfort such as fussy feeders, and babies who don't like to be put down .
